2. Quotes
- Quotes are free and provided in writing after a survey of the space.
- A written quote covers everything in the agreed specification and is valid for 30 days.
- If genuinely unforeseeable work is uncovered once the job starts (for example, hidden damage behind existing fittings), we will stop, show you, and agree a price in writing before continuing.
- Changes you request to the agreed specification will be priced and agreed in writing before being carried out.
3. Scheduling & access
- You will receive a schedule before work begins. We will tell you promptly if anything changes it.
- You agree to give us reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours for the duration of the project.
4. Payment
- Payment terms (including any deposit and stage payments) are set out in your written quote.
- The final balance is due on completion, after the handover walkthrough.
- Goods and materials remain our property until paid for in full.
5. Cancellation
If you are a consumer and the contract was agreed away from our premises (e.g. in your home), you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start within that period and then cancel, you may be charged for work already done and materials already ordered. Deposits for bespoke or made-to-order items may be non-refundable once ordered.
6. Our workmanship guarantee
- Our workmanship — installation, waterproofing, tiling and joinery — is guaranteed for 10 years from completion.
- Products and fittings are covered by their manufacturers' own warranties.
- The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or alterations made by others after completion.
- If something we did fails, tell us and we will inspect and put it right at no cost to you.
7. Our responsibilities
- We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- We hold public liability insurance.
- We protect your home while we work and leave the site clean at the end of each day.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
8. Use of this website
- Content on this website is for general information and does not form a contractual offer.
- Illustrations, example imagery and figures shown are indicative until confirmed in your written quote.
- All branding, text and imagery on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, contact us first and we will do our best to put it right quickly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
