Bathrooms · Romford & East London
Full bathroom fitting from strip-out to the final seal — wet rooms, walk-in showers, en-suites and tiling, all handled by one crew for a fixed written price agreed before we start.
A bathroom is the most disruptive room in the house to replace. It needs a plumber, an electrician, a plasterer, a tiler and a fitter — and on most jobs those are five different people, on five different schedules, each waiting on the last one to turn up.
We do the lot ourselves. That means one point of contact, one schedule, one price, and nobody standing around blaming the last trade. It is the single biggest reason our bathrooms finish on the day we said they would.
What we do
Complete strip-out and rebuild — old suite out, walls and floors prepared, new suite in, tiled and sealed. We handle waste, water and electrics as part of the job.
Fully tanked, level-access showers with no step to climb over. Properly formed falls so water goes to the drain and nowhere else — the part most people never see and the part that matters most.
Porcelain, natural stone, large-format and mosaic. Laser-levelled, cut around fittings properly, with mitred edges instead of plastic trim wherever the tile allows.
Small rooms where every centimetre counts. Wall-hung fittings, concealed cisterns and lighting that makes a tight space feel considerably bigger than it is.
Level-access showers, grab rails and comfort-height fittings for anyone who needs the room to be easier to use — built in as part of the design, not bolted on afterwards.
First and second fix, relocated soil stacks, towel radiators, underfloor heating, extractor fans and downlights. Tested and left working before we call it finished.
Step by step
We visit, measure, and listen to what you actually want the room to do. You get a written specification and a fixed price — not an estimate that grows once we are on site.
Everything is ordered and checked into our store before day one, so the job does not stall waiting on a delivery. Floors are sheeted and doorways sealed before the first tile comes off.
The old room comes out, then pipework and cables are moved to suit the new layout. This is the stage where hidden problems show up, and where we stop and show you rather than quietly price it later.
Walls and floors tiled, suite fitted, silicone run, everything tested. We walk the room with you at handover and put right anything you are not happy with before we leave.
Good to know
Anything else, just ask. Straight answers, no sales script.
A typical full bathroom runs 8–12 working days depending on the size of the room and the specification. You get a day-by-day schedule before we start, and we tell you straight away if anything changes it.
Either. We can supply everything through our trade accounts and pass the saving on, fit a suite you have already bought, or mix the two. We will happily sense-check anything before you order it.
We sequence the work to keep facilities running as long as physically possible, and we always tell you in advance about the short windows where something is out of action.
Yes — that is one of the most common jobs we are asked for. We can form a level-access wet room or fit a low-profile tray, depending on your floor construction and how the waste can be run. We will tell you which is realistic when we survey.
Whatever you prefer. Full-height tiling throughout, tiling to the wet areas with painted walls elsewhere, or a feature wall — it is priced either way in your written quote.
