Tell us the list
Send photos on WhatsApp or read the list down the phone. For anything more than an hour or two we will come and look properly before pricing it.

A written price
You get the price for the work in writing before we start. If we spot something while we are there that you should know about, we tell you and price it separately rather than adding it on.

The work
Furniture moved and covered, dust kept down, and the site tidied at the end of each day. On multi-day jobs you get a rough running order so you know what is happening when.

Left clean
Rubbish taken away, surfaces wiped down and everything put back where it was. You should not be cleaning up after us.

Is there a minimum size of job you will take on?
No fixed minimum — we take on everything from an afternoon of repairs upwards. Tell us the list and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth a visit or whether you are better off with a local handyman for the sake of one small job.
Can you do a whole room, not just repairs?
Yes. Full room refurbishments are a large part of what we do — plaster, floor, doors, skirting and decoration, finished as one job rather than five separate trades.
Do you take the rubbish away?
Yes. Waste removal is included in the price we quote unless we tell you otherwise, so you are not left with a pile of old flooring in the garden.
How much notice do you need?
We can usually get you booked in within around 40 days, and smaller jobs and repairs often go in sooner. Give us a ring and we will tell you what the next free slot actually looks like.
Do you work on rentals and empty properties?
Yes — we regularly work on properties between tenants, where the whole point is getting it turned around quickly and to a standard that will not generate complaints later.
